Welcome to 40 West Arts

40 West Arts, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, is all about the arts—arts of all kind—and the energy and inspiration of creativity. 40 West Arts is a Colorado Certified Creative Arts District with a dozen galleries (and growing), multiple performing arts venues, more than 20 public art installations, and a variety of restaurants, cafés, diners, and pubs. 40 West Arts also operates a gallery that serves as a creative hub for its 100+ artist members and a gathering place for the community.

40 West Arts is focused on delivering direct, positive impact to help catalyze the resurgence of the West Colfax Corridor—the historic heart of Lakewood—through arts & culture and the energy of creative enterprises. (Read more at About.)
