CCYOGA owner/teacher/yogini, Brittany Hopkins, is 6.5 months pregnant and has continued to practice power vinyasa yoga consistently through her pregnancy. Through the nausea and fatique of first trimester, into the shifting pelvis/ligaments of second trimester and into the ultimate belly bump of third trimester. In this two hour workshop she will share how she has adapted her practice as the baby has grown. Wear clothes you are comfortable moving in, your yoga mat and plenty of water. Oh, and snacks depending on where you are in your pregnancy. If you are not pregnant and either planning to become pregnant or a teacher of pregnant women, please bring a firm throw pillow to practice with.
